WHAT DOES THE BIBLE REALLY SAY ABOUT HOMOSEXUALITY?
For decades people have criticized our preaching, saying it is too hard against gay people and we are asked ‘Where is this the love and gospel in your preaching?’
IF they say that about us….WHAT would they have said about Paul, as he wrote to the Church in Rome regarding the matter of sodomy, Paul writes;
“….Professing themselves to be wise…..they became fools….Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness…..Who changed the truth of God into a lie…For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections…..God gave them over to a reprobate mind…..Being filled with all unrighteousness….fornication…..wickedness….covetousness…..maliciousness…..full of envy…. …murder…..debate….deceit…..Backbiters…..haters of God…..despiteful…..proud…. boasters…. inventors of evil things…..disobedient to parents…..Without understanding…..covenant breakers ….without natural affection….unmerciful……..that they which commit such things are worthy of death….”
Those verses were taken from Romans chapter one, and remember that was written to a Church and it was not a message to sinners in the streets, this was not a pride parade. This is the New Testament, this was after the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus and not a verse in Leviticus. This is the first letter written in the New Testament.
Think we preach hard against sodomy, what would Paul had said if he saw them parading in the streets in their sin. Paul wrote they are “worthy of death” and we have no need to stone them today because they are doing a fine job killing themselves with disease.
“WORTHY OF DEATH!” is Bible not hate or being a bigot. Those three words would have him banned from facebook and many believers would have unfriend him or blocking him as a hater. And I’m sure there would have been a few youtube videos of Paul being filled with hate.
This is the ONLY sin where we find the words “abomination” and “reprobate” attached too it.
That word “abomination” is hateful, God hates that sin.
He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for that sin, with all the land and cities in-between those cites. The reason WHY they were destroyed is found in the book of Jude. It’s only one chapter and verse 7 reads “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire”
A certain sex act was the reason they were destroyed. Many sodomite churches will argue it was other reasons but Jude alone removes that dispute.
What other sin needs a ‘pride parade’ to justify their sin?
Jesus even mentioned Sodom and Gomorrah (Luke 10:11–12)
Male and female were made for a reason and no two homosexuals can give birth.
We have not one example of God blessing a homosexual relationship in 66 books.
IF you wish to be a leader in the Church, you must be the husband of one wife. NOT the husband of another man.
Let us remove the Bible and see what that lifestyle does, are the really gay?
According to a Gallup News Study approximately 4.1 percent of Americans identify as gay, bisexual, or other and men account for 91 percent of all cases of syphilis. Gay and bisexual men account for the majority of those cases of syphilis (nearly 75 percent),
Gay and bisexual men are known to have higher risks of catching an STD and AIDS.
CDC recommends sexually active gay and bisexual men get tested at least once a year for:
HIV;
Syphilis;
Hepatitis B;
Hepatitis C based on risk factors;
Chlamydia and gonorrhea of the rectum
WHY them? Are they really gay?
More than 60% of suicide attempts among LGBQ people happen within five years of realizing they are LGBQ. A new study by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law finds most suicide attempts (61%) among LGBQ people occurred within five years of realizing one’s sexual minority identity. However, a significant proportion of attempts (39%) happened outside this age range. Bisexual respondents were about 1.5 times more likely to report suicidal thoughts and attempts, compared to gay and lesbian respondents.
The anti-depression meds among the gay community is OFF THE CHARTS!!!
There is NO gay gene, much like there is NO murder gene or rape gene. They chose that deathstyle and what they are saying is God made a mistake when he made them.
They are NOT gay/happy they are living in a dark world depressed.
No need of the CDC to understand you reap whatsoever you have sown and IF you have sex with a sewer/waste/death hole you will reap disease and death.
This is a sin that God HATES. IF I only had a dime for every time I’ve heard ‘all sin is the same, there is no sin greater than another sin’ I would be a rich man today.
There are degrees of sin and there are degrees of judgment for said sin.
To show degrees of sin we find the words “publicans and sinners.”
Are not publicans’ sinners too and if so, WHY would they need their own name, unless that sin is considered beyond a regular sinner.

“Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin”

Just the word ‘abomination’ is something that God hates and not all sin is considered an abomination, so again there are degrees of sin.
These six things God hates but this seventh sin He HATES MORE
“These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren”
Proverbs 6:16-19
Much like our law system, we have degrees of a crime, stealing a candy bar is not the same as rape or murder, yet all are illegal?
Now that you understand degrees of sin, there are levels of punishment for sin.
“Therefore you will receive greater condemnation”
Matthew 23:14
Greater damnation for the religious
“It will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that City”

More tolerable vs less tolerable on Judgement Day
In Luke 12:42-48, we find certain people beaten with many stripes, and others beaten with a few stripes.
“Shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone”
Revelation 21:8
Certain people will have a hotter fire, which I call the ‘blue flame of hellfire’
“You have laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the depths”
Psalm 88:6
“Just as the Lord of hosts determined to do to us, according to our ways and according to our Deeds, so he has dealt with us”

There are many more verses in the Bible that you can find but this is more than enough to make the point of having degrees of sin and measures of punishment for those sin.
How many have heard ‘LOVE THE SINNER BUT HATE THE SIN.’
We are told those words as if that is scripture, it is NOT, it is a quote from Gandhi. Yet how many believers say that?
Does the God of the Bible hate actual people or just the sin?
Yes, He does HATE, in Malachi 1 we read that God said, “Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.” NOT the sins of Esau but the very person himself.
And for those of you that will say that’s the Old Testament, it is quoted in Romans 13:9, therefore it is New Testament.
“I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked”
Psalm 26:5
The congregation of evil doers is actual people not just their sin.
God is love and just hates the sin?
IF you believe that you will have issues with Psalm 5:4-5
“For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity”
God HATES the WORKER of iniquity is not God hates just the sin but the sinner
Our God HATES the violent person and not their sin according to Psalm 11:5
“The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth”
Proverbs 6:16-19 reads
“These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief. A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren”
Did you see that, these are body parts that the Lord HATES

feet that be swift in running to mischief
A false witness that speaketh lies
and he that soweth discord among brethren”
….a look, a tongue, hands, a heart, feet are human parts, a false witness and “HE” that soweth discord is a person, hence God does HATE humans.
The Lord HATES those individuals not just their sin
Prophet Ezekiel understood that God hates people
“Behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loved, with all them that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness”
Ezekiel 16:37
….THEM that thou hast HATED
“Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee”

Prophet Hosea said
“All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters”

….for there I HATED THEM
This was said from a man after God’s own heart
“I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies”
Psalm 139:22
Jesus said in Revelation not once but twice that He HATES, this was said to the Church in Ephesus
“But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate”
Revelation 2:6
In the book of Ecclesiastes, we read there is “a time to hate”
Eccl. 3:8
If God hates the sin and not the sinner, than He would have placed the sin and not the sinner into the Lake of Fire.
IF you justify the sin of sodomy IN ANY WAY, you too become an abomination to God. Call that sin out, our Holy Father HATES that sin with reason.
“He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD”
